MEDIATOR & FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PRACTITIONER
Verity was appointed as a Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to the Adelaide Registry in 1996.

Prior to joining the court Verity specialised in family law and practised in both Adelaide and Sydney.
​
In November 2022 Verity left the court to pursue her interests in family law alternative dispute resolution and has attained accreditation as both a national Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Mediations and Arbitrations can be conducted by Joe Bowler. Joe has practised Family Law for over 40 years and as a Barrister at the Independent Bar for the past 25 years.

Joe's speciality at the Bar was initially for many years, appearing as Counsel for Independent Children's Lawyers and thereafter principally in parenting matters.
Joe's skills in providing insights and positive outcomes in difficult and complex parenting matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia is highly regarded by the Judiciary and members of the profession.

KYM TREDREA
BARRISTER
Mediations and Arbitrations can be conducted by Kym Tredrea. Kym has nearly 20 years' experience in family law as a Barrister & Solicitor and is an accredited Arbitrator whilst currently a barrister practising at Howard Zelling Chambers.
He is experienced in mediations in a wide range of commercial matters, in addition to his specialty in Family Law Act litigation.
Kym is a member of AIFLAM, and has appeared as counsel in the Full Court of the Family Court and the appellate jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit and Family Court (Division 1)
